As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in the management and development of competitive tenders.

  • This position involves working closely with Business Development specialists and the firm's Bids Enablement team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing bids from kick-off meetings to final presentations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Effectively producing and managing engagement-specific and panel bids following a well-established framework.
  • Cultivating a strong, collaborative team culture across the national Bids team.
  • Guiding opportunity qualification (bid/no bid) in accordance with established criteria.
  • Developing compelling value propositions, working with subject matter experts and complementary specialists.
  • Elevating the quality of pitches through coaching and supporting pitch teams.
  • Applying Corporate Visual Identity guidelines for brand-compliant design, layout, and formatting.
  • Managing ongoing panel arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Providing guidance and training to team members to enhance their bid capabilities.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of the firm's bid framework.
