We're seeking an accomplished Bid Manager to lead our pre-contract activities, ensuring the development of winning bid strategies and seamless project delivery.

This role requires a hands-on approach to bid preparation, management, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-contract management or a similar role in a Construction environment, with a strong client-facing component.

The successful applicant will be responsible for formulating and implementing effective bid strategies, overseeing all aspects of bid preparation and management, and ensuring that submissions are timely, comprehensive, and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective bid strategies that align with client requirements and enhance our competitive positioning.
  • Governance Oversight: Ensure all pre-contract activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations and governance standards.
  • Bid Preparation & Management: Oversee all aspects of bid preparation and management, ensuring that submissions are timely, comprehensive, and meet client expectations.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with clients during the pre-contract phase, building strong relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
