Assistant Marketing Manager, Customer Engagement

As an Assistant Marketing Manager in our International Card Services team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to expand and elevate our product offerings for Consumer and Business customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Development and Execution:
  • Create and implement end-to-end campaign management that meets set targets and goals.
  • Support the development of new marketing offers and channel capabilities to drive efficiency.
  • Coordinate activities and initiatives across lines of business.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Plan and manage related marketing budgets.

You will work closely with global and local teams to ensure strategic alignment and execute channel strategies to achieve daily KPIs and overall channel goals. Your ability to work autonomously and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving results and optimizing budget utilization.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of executing results-driven marketing campaigns, experience with Amex systems, and strong analytical and data skills. You will also need to possess a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to devise and execute treatment-level strategies that meet established business goals and targets.
