Marketing and Customer Experience Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company as a Marketing and Customer Experience Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive client engagement, retention, and growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives through innovative customer marketing programs. Your goal will be to gain customer insights that inform messaging, content, and programmatic or opportunistic campaigns to maximize their impact.

  • Develop global and local strategies to drive growth, engagement, and retention of existing clients
  • Build brand credibility through continual development and promotion of reviews, case studies, testimonials, and customer loyalty programs
  • Establish an online customer community forum that drives strong customer engagement and advocacy for the company
  • Understand the customer experience (CX) to build customer marketing initiatives that continuously improve the overall CX across multiple touchpoints throughout the customer journey

As a successful candidate, you will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 7+ years of experience in customer or lifecycle marketing. You will also have a track record of designing and delivering customer engagement initiatives across online/offline channels, as well as marketing automation experience.

Requirements:

  • Track record in designing and delivering customer engagement initiatives
  • Marketing automation experience

The ideal candidate will possess strong prioritisation, project management, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to simplify technical concepts into clear business benefits. They should also be analytical thinkers with strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
