**About The Role**
The Lumus Imaging Head of Marketing and Customer Experience is a pivotal role in the strategic management of end-to-end marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels. The core objective of this role will be to create marketing solutions to support business initiatives and outcomes, leveraging data insights, digital channels and prioritising the patient experience.
This is a collaborative, hands on role supported by an external agency panel and an internal social media resource. This role will develop marketing processes and manage the execution of all marketing functions (communications, PR, content creation, digital channels, website and B2B (referrer) and B2C (patient) marketing campaigns) and proactively evolve the marketing function to support business initiatives and targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, maintain, and execute an annual calendar of marketing initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement in our digital marketing capabilities. Align KPIs & ROI against campaigns.
- Direct the creation of high-quality content, including campaigns, articles, videos, graphic design, digital attributes and B2B & B2C marketing materials.
- Understand patient segmentation, insights, and path to purchase. Use customer insights to advise on processes, campaigns, and projects to enhance our market position and drive business growth and improve the patient experience.
- Effectively manage and report on marketing spend and forecast.
- Ensure national brand compliance, develop, and implement marketing processes and formulas to support Medical Liaison Officers and Business Development Managers in the field.
- Clear communicator with the ability to build stakeholder relationships internally and externally. Ability to manage complex business initiatives with a marketing focus.
- Understand analytics and create data driven marketing solutions for customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Management of digital channels, website with a focus on the marketing funnel and website customer experience.
- Manage, evolve, and implement CRM.
- Event Management: Support the business with industry events, conferences, and education.
**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role and industry
- B2B & B2C Marketing management experience through traditional and online channels
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle many projects simultaneously
- Understand Medical Imaging customer marketing funnel and path touchpoints
- Business acumen and budget management
