The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is a key leadership position responsible for developing and executing the annual lifecycle marketing plan to drive customer activation, engagement, and retention.
This role requires a strong understanding of customer behaviour, advanced CRM marketing experience, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and optimising strategic campaigns that deliver commercial outcomes.
As a successful Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies and annual plans to drive growth, customer engagement, and retention.
You will build and optimise a suite of strategic always-on retention campaigns, including always-on engagement and churn prevention campaigns to improve customer tenure.
Consistent campaign results review and opportunities identification will be your focus, ensuring continuous improvement in customer lifecycle management.
Data analysis expertise will be required to identify key customer base trends and insights to drive decision making in the development of customer lifecycle strategies.
Creative treatment and offer design will meet commercial outcomes while delivering great customer experiences.
Support with business case development to seek approval for below-the-line offers required to meet customer expectations and achieve commercial targets.
A collaborative approach with marketing and product teams will ensure CRM strategy alignment with the overall Marketing Strategy and Product Roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies and annual plans to drive growth, customer engagement, and retention.
- Build and optimise a suite of strategic always-on retention campaigns, including always-on engagement and churn prevention campaigns to improve customer tenure.
- Consistently review campaign results and identify opportunities for campaign optimisation.
- Manage data analysis to identify key customer base trends and insights to drive decision making in the development of customer lifecycle strategies.
- Design treatments and offers to meet commercial outcomes while delivering great customer experiences.
- Support with the development of business cases to seek commercial approval of below-the-line offers required to meet customer expectations and achieve commercial targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure CRM strategy is aligned with the overall Marketing Strategy and Product Roadmap.
Requirements:
- Experience in data-driven marketing, customer lifecycle management.
- Strong independent and collaborative problem solver, a lateral thinker capable of translating creative thoughts to impactful executions.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, persuasion, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to think strategically.
- Advanced knowledge and experience using data to enable marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Marketo or Pega.
