Job Description

You'll play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences across our brands to drive engagement and loyalty. This includes creating personalised email, SMS, and web campaigns, simplifying processes, and helping customers confidently use self-service tools to manage their policies. This hands-on role covers both planning and execution from designing end-to-end customer journeys and propositions, to messaging, campaign strategy, and continuous optimisation based on data and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver retention-focused campaigns that add customer value and drive growth.
  • Promote digital adoption and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey and resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure all initiatives align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value through ongoing evaluation.
  • Manage campaign execution—overseeing timelines, risks, and communicating clearly with internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in planning, briefing, and delivering campaigns focused on customer retention.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, consistently delivering campaigns within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Strong teamwork skills, effectively partnering with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software and CRM systems.
