The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at the Longines boutique in Edward Street. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth and contribute to the success of our boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards.
  • Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Provide unparalleled customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
  • Take ownership of opening and closing the boutique, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct daily security stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and implement visually appealing merchandising displays, showcasing new products and promotions.
  • Assume responsibility for the boutique's operations in the absence of the Boutique and Assistant Boutique Manager.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all product lines, including stock availability, delays, and discontinued items.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and energy.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
