The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Associate to join our team at the Longines boutique in Edward Street. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with the management team to ensure seamless operations and maintain the highest standards of customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and growing our client base.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management team in maintaining a smooth and efficient sales environment.
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
- Take ownership of opening and closing the boutique, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily security stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies, including display setup, stock rotation, and new product displays.
- Assist in the absence of the Boutique and Assistant Boutique Manager, ensuring seamless operations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
- Stay up-to-date with product information, including stock availability, delays, and discontinued items.
- Proven retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and energy.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
