The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Associate to join our team at the Longines boutique in Edward Street. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the management team to ensure seamless operations and maintain the highest standards of customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and growing our client base.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management team in maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
- Take ownership of opening and closing the boutique, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily security stock counts and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies, including display setup, stock rotation, and new display concepts.
- Assume responsibility for the boutique's operations in the absence of the Boutique and Assistant Boutique Manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including stock availability, delays, backorders, and discontinued products.
- Proven retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and organizational skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
