We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate to join our esteemed Real Estate team at CU Services Pty Limited. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a talented group of professionals and contribute to the success of our clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of matters, including:

  • Large property projects and transactions;
  • Capital transactions work for institutional clients;
  • Impactful social and affordable housing projects;
  • Renewable energy projects, including hydrogen, wind, solar, hydro, and carbon capture;
  • Transport projects, focusing on improving rail and road networks and infrastructure across Queensland;
  • Infrastructure projects in preparation for the 2032 Olympics.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Substantial property experience and exposure to different types of property matters;
  • At least 4+ years' PQE as a Lawyer or 1+ years' experience as a Senior Associate in private practice or in-house;
  • Experience working with Government clients is preferred, but not essential;
  • Strong academic background and excellent client-facing capability;
  • Ability to partner with clients on their matters end-to-end and manage client expectations and deliverables with minimal supervision;
  • Great leadership skills and experience mentoring and coaching junior lawyers;
  • Strong time and project management skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a cohesive team and contribute to our great team culture.
