The Role

As a Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate, you will work closely with Partners and other team members to deliver exceptional results on a wide range of matters, including:

  • Large property projects and transactions
  • Capital transactions work for institutional clients
  • Renewable energy projects, including hydrogen, wind, solar, hydro, and carbon capture
  • Transport projects, focusing on improving rail and road networks and infrastructure
  • Infrastructure projects in preparation for the 2032 Olympics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Substantial experience in property law and a strong understanding of the real estate industry
  • At least 4+ years' PQE as a Lawyer or 1+ years' experience as a Senior Associate in private practice or in-house
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to partner with clients on their matters end-to-end
  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring and coaching junior lawyers
  • Great time and project management skills
  • The ability to work as part of a cohesive team and contribute to a positive team culture
