The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at our beautiful Longines boutique in Edward Street. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting boutique management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sales Performance
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product lines, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Store Operations
- Support the management team in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Training and Development
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Retail Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the luxury industry
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
- Teamwork and Adaptability
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines
