As a member of the Longines boutique in Edward Street, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards.
  • Meet personal and store sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all product lines, including stock availability, delays, and discontinued products.
  • Assist with daily security stock counts, merchandising, and set up/set down processes.
  • Represent the boutique in the absence of the Boutique and Assistant Boutique Manager.
  • Participate in regular training and develop your knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Exposure to supervision experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and organizational abilities.
  • A team player with energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
