About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive contract support specialist to join our Construction & Advisory Disputes practice group in Melbourne.

This is a unique opportunity to work with an impressive and highly-regarded team, handling a fast-paced and dynamic role that offers variety and challenge.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support on front and back-end construction matters, as well as sophisticated personal assistant services at a senior level.

Key responsibilities include monitoring emails and phone calls, managing diaries, booking travel, processing expenses, drafting correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Delivering exceptional service to clients is crucial, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for process improvement.

A prior experience in a legal support role, ideally within litigation teams, is essential. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, expense management, and billing software is also required.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting our high-performing team.
