We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our project delivery team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction delivery of building packages, managing subcontractors and service suppliers, developing and maintaining construction programs, and implementing the procurement strategy.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or construction management
  • At least 5 years of on-site construction delivery experience
  • Previous experience as a financial lead on projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in a reputable construction/interiors/fit-out organization
