Contract Procurement Role

The client, a prominent local council in the inner suburbs, seeks an experienced Procurement Officer to fill a temporary contract position.

About the Position

This procurement specialist will be responsible for reviewing and updating over 500 contracts stored in the Open Window contract management system. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with TechOne is crucial for effective contract dashboard creation and performance reporting.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in procurement within a public sector organization
  • Strong understanding of contract agreements and their application
  • Effective stakeholder management skills for successful collaboration
  • Proficiency in OpenWindows and/or TechnologyOne/FinanceOne is highly valued

Salary Details

The remuneration for this role includes $39 per hour plus superannuation benefits. The contract duration is 3 months with an ASAP start.
