About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Suncorp Group as a Senior Business Analyst, working in a delivery-focused role that will allow you to leverage your technical expertise to drive business outcomes.



Key Responsibilities

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring that solutions meet the needs of both customers and stakeholders.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of current and future state processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations to drive business value.
  4. Develop detailed user stories and requirements documentation to support the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  5. Work closely with the QA Testing POD to ensure that solutions are thoroughly tested and validated, meeting the highest standards of quality.
  6. Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement, sharing best practices and knowledge with colleagues across the organization.


Requirements

  2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a business analysis role, with a strong background in technical project delivery.
  3. A proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality solutions, with a focus on business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  4. Strong technical skills, including experience with JIRA and Agile delivery methodologies.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
