At Talent International, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Record and Privacy Management, including regulatory compliance, data privacy laws, and records management best practices.


As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the organization is aligned with industry standards and legal requirements regarding data handling and privacy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of record management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations regarding data retention, archiving, and destruction.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on privacy laws and regulations.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments and manage data protection compliance projects.
  • Work with the legal and compliance teams to ensure data protection policies are up-to-date and enforceable.
  • Monitor privacy risk, propose risk mitigation strategies, and maintain data breach response protocols.
  • Lead the analysis of business processes related to data governance, privacy, and records management.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in workflows, systems, and data management practices.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Record/Privacy Management.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection regulations.
  • Proven experience in records management, including policy development and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience with business process analysis and optimization.
  • Familiarity with records management software and privacy management tools.
  • Certification in Records Management or Privacy is a plus.
