About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our Risk and Audit team in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leading business within the resources industry who values employee growth and development.

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for leading internal audits, running and maintaining analytics and automations, and building analytics and reports. You will also be involved in in-depth process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and promoting analytics and automation processes.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 5 years of experience in data analytics and/or automation, along with previous/current finance or auditing experience. Your skills in risk management and internal controls testing will be highly valued, as well as your systems skills including SAP and MS Power Suite. Industry experience in mining, metals, manufacturing, utilities, logistics, or FMCG is a bonus.

  • Run and maintain analytics and automations to improve business outcomes
  • Build analytics and reports to inform business decisions
  • Conduct in-depth process mapping to identify areas for improvement
