About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Data Analyst to join our team at Whizdom Recruitment. As a Senior Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building and supporting big data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and users to understand service/product requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into epics, features, and stories used by delivery teams.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, external parties, and/or research to ensure solutions meet relevant standards and system/solution quality requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Tech BA or equivalent in IT Consulting or other technology business units across the industry.
  • Significant IT Business Analyst experience in enterprise/big data projects with a combination of technical and functional business focus.
  • Must have experience designing data mapping from source to target systems with knowledge on business rules, data transformations, and reporting requirements.
Desired Attributes and Skills

We are looking for candidates who possess one or more industry-recognised technology certifications or badges.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
