We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business cases by clearly articulating scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to document and understand current data architecture.
  • Create data models, workflow diagrams, and process maps to illustrate requirements and processes.
  • Collaborate with data architects to design target data model on Azure Databricks.
  • Support risk and issue process by proactively identifying, reporting, and resolving risks and issues.

Your Capabilities and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling, ETL processes, data governance, data quality, privacy, and security controls.
  • Experience working in large, complex technology environments and dealing with diverse stakeholders.
