The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in preparing comprehensive management reports, working with budgets and forecasts, and collaborating with senior stakeholders within a business.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing financial performance and preparing detailed reports for executive review.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Developing and managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensuring timely completion of month-end reporting and activities.
  • Assisting in the preparation of business cases.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required qualifications include:

  • CA or CPA certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in management reporting and stakeholder partnership
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrated through prior collaboration experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

This role offers a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $125,000 base + superannuation, along with flexible work-from-home arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development.
