About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team at Elders, a leading real estate network in Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities
  • List, market, and sell properties to meet sales targets and achieve business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs, providing personalized service and expert advice.
  • Participate in branch business development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising, contributing to the success of our real estate business.
  • Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the Elders team to identify new business opportunities and provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Maximize promotional opportunities, including participating in field days and community events to build brand awareness and drive sales.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Local real estate industry experience and associated influences, with a strong understanding of the local market.
  • The ability to appraise properties, identifying positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties.
  • A current Real Estate licence and driver's licence, ensuring you are qualified and able to operate in the role.
  • Sound real estate marketing skills, with the ability to effectively promote properties and attract new clients.
  • An understanding of real estate legislation, ensuring you are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to accurately appraise properties and provide expert advice to clients.
  • A team player mentality, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business goals.
  • A smart, resourceful, forward-thinking, and technology-savvy individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
