We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this position, with a salary range of $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate workloads to ensure seamless system operations
  • Collaborate with infrastructure architects, Application and Database Teams to design and implement projects
  • Perform backup and restore tasks, application distribution, and data management on servers
  • Analyze user issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to problems
  • Oversee end-to-end device connectivity, auditing, and device information management
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues on devices, firewalls, servers, switches, routers, storage, copper, fibre, power, and data centre infrastructure
  • Document equipment, conduct physical audits, manage IT records, and maintain asset inventory
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • P-Series experience required
  • Proven track record of working with enterprise clients' critical services
  • Relevant migration experience essential
  • Excellent communication skills
