Customer Experience Coach

We are seeking an experienced Customer Trainer to join our team at Culture Amp. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position based in our office locations (US, UK, Germany, or Australia), with opportunities for remote work.
- As a Customer Trainer, you will partner closely with our customer success team to deliver comprehensive training programs that meet our clients' needs.
- You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training content, including product knowledge, best practices, and business acumen.
- In addition to your technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- You must be able to assess customer needs and adapt training materials accordingly, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has 3+ years of experience in customer training, customer success, or a related field.
- Has a proven track record of successfully delivering training experiences and enhancing customer onboarding experiences.
- Is proficient in instructional design principles and can develop engaging training content.
- Has excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
