Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Premium and Credit Account Professional to join our team at Gallagher Bassett. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing premium and credit accounts, providing professional and customer-focused services to clients. This includes processing renewals and annual adjustments, identifying and reporting risks, and maintaining accurate records.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage premium and credit accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Identify and report risks, making recommendations to improve processes and reduce risk
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Workers Compensation/Premium and Credit Management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
