About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Premium and Credit Management Expert to join our team at Gallagher Bassett. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional and customer-focused premium and credit management services to our Workers Compensation clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process renewals and annual adjustments to premium
  • Identify and report risks that may adversely impact the business
  • Maintain employer information and workplace details
  • Analyze and forecast client premium projections
  • Answer premium-related queries via telephone or written correspondence
  • Achieve monthly productivity levels as designated by management

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Workers Compensation/Premium and Credit Management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC literate - Database and Microsoft Office
  • Industry-specific qualifications highly regarded
