Senior Performance Improvement Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for improving the understanding and insights related to asset performance. This role requires advanced expertise in asset performance, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement to enhance the maturity of asset management at our organisation.
You will develop and implement a comprehensive asset performance framework that includes standards, measures, and management processes for continuous improvement and digital visualisation of insights throughout the asset lifecycle.
This involves developing and implementing the workstream plan by addressing resource needs, stakeholder roles, and governance, while ensuring effective communication, tracking progress, and reporting challenges to the Asset Management Improvement Hub.
Additionally, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support the development and adoption of enterprise asset performance standards, measures, monitoring and reporting processes across the asset lifecycle.
