The Business Development Manager Accredited Dealer for the B&D Group is a hybrid role involving both account management and business development. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is energized by working alongside teammates who have the same passion and drive as you. You will be responsible for creating and identifying opportunities for our customers to grow and ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Manage dealer networks, including Platinum accredited and independent dealers, to ensure they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Coach and mentor mobile showroom consultants to improve their sales skills and performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews with dealers to analyze financials and performance, and provide guidance on areas for improvement.
- Work with independent dealers to ensure they are adding value to the network and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Assist dealers with customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Understand customer financial targets and incorporate them into account plans and proposals.

- Demonstrable ability to learn, achieve targets and deadlines, deal with high-level stakeholders, and grow a business.
