Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in instructional design with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the vocational education and training sector, including its regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Formal qualification such as TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Experience in designing and implementing digital learning programs with a focus on innovation and creativity.
  • Leadership and project management experience driving business growth and improvement.
