Job Description

The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that cater to the needs of inspectors, technical staff, and support personnel.

This role involves creating innovative, practical, and effective training solutions that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess broad instructional design skills, including experience in developing e-learning content, and a strong understanding of the Vocational Education and Training sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Broad instructional design skills, including proven experience in developing e-learning content.
  • Strong understanding of the Vocational Education and Training sector and its regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Formal qualification such as TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
