Aircrew Training Systems Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team and train the next generation of war fighters in challenging domains.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in fast jet training, simulation systems, mission support, and instructor experience with the EA-18G Growler program. A strong background in military aviation, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and provide key elements of aircrew training systems, focusing on simulation systems, mission support, and training operations.
  • To develop and deliver effective training programs for G-Model Instructor Pilots and Instructor EWOs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fast jet training and simulation systems.
  • Instructor experience with the EA-18G Growler program.
  • Military aviation background and leadership skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum NV2 security clearance.
