Education Training Specialist

We have a new opportunity for an experienced training professional to work across our Education department, coordinating Apprenticeships training programs.
The primary focus of this role is on planning and delivering Apprenticeships training programs. You will work with internal colleagues and external partners to create apprenticeship opportunities for staff development and progression.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the planning and delivery of Apprenticeship training programs within our organization.
- Facilitate face-to-face support to aid acquisition of the required knowledge, skills, and behaviors of the apprenticeship standard.
- Manage a caseload of Apprentices and plan support through all aspects of their program.
Ensure compliance with all processes in line with funding requirements and accredited programs.
