Apprenticeship Training Programme Specialist

As a key specialist, you will work closely with the Lead Technical Trainer to devise individual programmes in line with the needs of the Apprentice and their working area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To plan and deliver clinical Apprenticeships training programmes at level 2 and level 3.
  • To work with diverse internal colleagues in clinical areas to create apprenticeship opportunities that enable staff to develop and progress.
  • To coordinate the on-programme element of the Apprenticeship and support collation of portfolio of evidence showcasing the Apprentice's knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • To ensure any mandatory training or internal training is mapped across into the Apprenticeship to maximise and capture naturally occurring knowledge, skills and behaviours.
  • To manage the learner journey and ensure that mandatory timelines are met such as candidate registration, completion of mandatory qualifications, gateway and EPA requirements.
About the Role:

This part-time role is being offered for three days per week, which must include a Wednesday, across both sites. The fixed term/secondment until 31st October 2026 allows for flexibility in your schedule.
