Job Description

The role of an Apprenticeships Training Specialist is to play a key part in the development and implementation of apprenticeships training programs within our Faculty of Education.

As a specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of apprenticeships training programmes, working closely with internal colleagues and external partners to create opportunities that enable staff to develop and progress.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the planning and delivery of apprenticeships training programs within the Trust.
  • Facilitating face-to-face support to evidence acquisition of required knowledge, skills, and behaviors of the apprenticeship standard.
  • Carrying a caseload of apprentices and planning support through all aspects of their program, including in-learning, gateway, and successful achievement of the End Point Assessment.
