The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support, enabling EML to proactively manage personal injury claims effectively within the relevant jurisdiction.
This will be a permanent, full-time position, with flexibility to work from home.
Your Responsibilities
- Support our claims teams to provide ongoing support to individuals during their return-to-work journey.
- Contact providers and customers to clarify and follow up on information related to reports, payment details, invoices, and cheques.
- Work effectively as a member of our team and actively demonstrate the EML values and culture on a consistent basis.
- Collate documentation from our claim files for our internal or external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships to service our injured workers better.
About You
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new software and/or knowledge of MS office software.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience.
- Great attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player who likes to work collaboratively but can also work independently.
