The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support, enabling EML to proactively manage personal injury claims effectively within the relevant jurisdiction.

This will be a permanent, full-time position, with flexibility to work from home.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support our claims teams to provide ongoing support to individuals during their return-to-work journey.
  • Contact providers and customers to clarify and follow up on information related to reports, payment details, invoices, and cheques.
  • Work effectively as a member of our team and actively demonstrate the EML values and culture on a consistent basis.
  • Collate documentation from our claim files for our internal or external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships to service our injured workers better.

About You

  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new software and/or knowledge of MS office software.
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience.
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player who likes to work collaboratively but can also work independently.
