Reporting to our Global Mobility Partner, you will be part of a highly efficient and knowledgeable team, partnering across 51 offices and assisting with Global Mobility queries from our international offices.

About The Role

As part of the Global Mobility team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with relocations for WiseTech Global employees and candidates
  • Managing global mobility queries from employees and candidates
  • Maintaining real-time global mobility data reporting (relocations, vendors, status reports, visa progress)
  • Global visa management to ensure employees and candidates are compliant with local immigration/employment regulations
  • Global Mobility research and analysis of global changes (visa, employment, legal, tax)
  • Assist in developing communications and material in relation to Global Mobility matters
  • Ensuring any relocations are compliant with immigration, labor, employment and tax legislation
