Sales Enablement Expert Wanted

We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement professional to support our expansion efforts.

About the Role:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for respective programs and constituents, focusing on expansion selling.
  • Drive end-to-end ownership of key enablement programming based on global and local needs.
  • Translate technical product releases, industry use cases, and company focus areas into consumable materials for sales teams.
  • Deliver point of view to stakeholders and drive collaboration on enablement closes learning gaps in the field.
  • Serve as an expert on how to reach sales and industry specialist audiences by creating/delivering global programs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of related experience in sales, sales engineering, &/or technical product marketing, enablement, and/or enterprise software.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • An understanding of complex technical sales cycles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Experience in learning design, measurement, enablement tooling, gamification, and program management across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects, meeting deadlines and producing quality deliverables.

This role is based in Sydney and requires a minimum of three days per week at the office. All Snowflake employees are expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
