Customer Service Representative Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Customer Service representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers at the front desk and café
- Answer calls, handle queries, and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Utilize computer systems to access member details, process purchases, and book classes
- Assist with supplement and apparel sales, and maintain venue cleanliness
- Perform opening and closing duties, and complete tasks in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills
- A can-do attitude with a drive for learning and growth
- Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner, and show initiative
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to communicate and uphold policies and procedures
