About the Front Desk Role
As a front desk professional, you'll be the first point of contact for our members. You will provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with you.
The key responsibilities of this role include greeting and serving customers, answering calls and handling queries, using computer systems to process purchases and assist with bookings, maintaining the cleanliness of the venue, and performing opening and closing duties efficiently.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and good presentation.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, motivation, and adaptability.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to communicate policies and procedures effectively.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
