  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Finance Coordinator to join our team and support our lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage loan submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Generate and maintain reports using Excel and internal systems
  • Manage sales lead quality through our Slippage process
  • Monitor and resolve duplicate leads to maintain data integrity
  • Oversee call queues and schedule management
  • Supervise and prioritize Sales Agent tasks

**What You'll Need:**

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services or fintech
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • Basic understanding of financial terminology (business lending knowledge is a plus)
