This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with a disability by providing best practice speech pathology services. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other health professionals to develop and implement individualized plans that support clients to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in speech pathology and experience working within a transdisciplinary team model. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Your responsibilities will include delivering therapy sessions in various settings, such as clients' homes, educational institutions, or community centers. You will also provide indirect client service coordination and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
What We OfferAs a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
