The Role
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Endeavour Hills, Narre Warren. This fulfilling role will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services to children with a disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Your working days may involve delivering therapy in people's homes, educational settings or in the community; promoting physical health and wellbeing, communication skills and/or mealtime safety, and providing indirect client service/family coordination to support client goals.

About You
You'll be an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech Pathologist with a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, good interpersonal skills, and ability to engage people with a disability, motivate them, and build their capability. You'll have experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model, the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families, and a focus on developing clinical skills in areas you're not familiar with.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll share our values, have an Australian driver's licence and own vehicle, and be willing to travel across southern suburbs as required. Appointment is subject to pre-employment checks, including the NDIS Worker Screening Check, Inherent Position Requirements Employee Declaration, Working with Children's Check, Reference Checks, Speech Pathology Australia membership, etc.
