Dynamic Paediatric Occupational Therapy Position

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Yooralla, a leading provider of disability support services in Victoria.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and compassionate professional to work with children and young people with a disability, helping them achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services across the scope of practice to children and young people with a disability.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists.
- Provide indirect client service coordination to support client goals and outcomes.
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage people with a disability and their families.
- A willingness to continuously improve clinical practice and develop new skills.
- Competency in IT platforms, particularly client management systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $95,000 - $115,000, depending on experience.
