Job Overview

The Master Data Analyst role plays a pivotal part in driving performance and value across asset management functions throughout the client contract.

This position involves preparing and processing asset management data into the Facility Management System (FMS) to support operational planning, developing and maintaining accurate preventative and predictive maintenance plans across all contracts, and assisting in implementing the Global Blueprint across key accounts in the Pacific region.

The successful candidate will possess experience with CMMS platforms, strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools, high attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset, along with strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills, and ability to work independently with energy, initiative, and adaptability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Coordination: Prepare and process asset management data into the FMS to support operational planning.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and maintain accurate preventative and predictive maintenance plans across all contracts.
  • Standardisation Support: Assist in implementing the Global Blueprint across Key Accounts in the Pacific region.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage FMS data to drive improvements in technical services.
  • Decision Support: Foster a data-led decision-making culture across the organisation.
