Job Description

The Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist will play a pivotal role in the management and governance of asset data, providing crucial support to the overall asset management framework and strategic plans across contracts.

This position works closely with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to ensure that assets are accurately managed and data is reliable. The analyst will produce regular asset reports, lead account-mandated audits, and oversee contractual reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management and Governance: Ensuring accuracy and detail in asset data.
  • Provision and maintenance of accurate data within the asset database and IT systems.
  • Developing and maintaining reports and procedures to detect inconsistencies in the asset database.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine asset management procedures.
  • Conducting asset audits through site inspections.
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in asset data management and extraction.
  • Experience in asset management, data entry, data extraction, and data cleansing skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivots, and Power Query).
