Asset Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Data Management Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Data Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in the management and governance of asset data that supports our overall asset management framework and strategic plans across contracts.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to ensure assets are managed and data is accurate.
Your responsibilities will include producing ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual asset reports, leading account-mandated audits and contractual reporting obligations, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure asset management procedures are followed and refined.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate data within the asset database and ITSM systems.
- Build and maintain reports and procedures to detect and resolve inconsistencies in the asset database.
- Conduct asset audits through site inspections.
- Ensure asset management deliverables are fully aligned within the scope of contracts.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in asset data management and extraction.
- Experience in asset management.
- Accurate data entry, data extraction, and data cleansing skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivots, and Power Query).
- Xtraction queries and dashboards.
