Asset Data Specialist

This role plays a critical part in driving performance and value across Asset Management functions. As an Asset Data Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and processing asset management information into Facility Management Systems (FMS) to support operational asset planning.

You will coordinate Master Data changes in accordance with established procedures, ensuring data integrity across all Asset Management functions including Asset Appraisal & Lifecycle Planning, Engineering, Maintenance Planning / Scheduling, and Asset Data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate preventative and predictive maintenance plans across all contracts and service lines.
  • Ensure long-term PPM smoothing in FMS to support resource efficiency and budget control.
  • Assist in maintaining the Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP) document in collaboration with Performance Managers.
Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process asset management information from various sources into FMS.
  • Manage internal and external Requests for Information (RFIs) as part of business-as-usual processes.
  • Establish and validate client Asset Registers in FMS, including data capture and upload aligned with Global & Local Taxonomy and TMP standards.
  • Leverage data from FMS to drive continuous improvement across Technical Services.
  • Provide guidance and support to Data Engineers and Coordinators within Key Accounts.
  • Assist in establishing reporting capabilities within FMS.
  • Contribute to the creation of a data-led decision-making ecosystem and culture.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of ISO 55001 certification.
Requirements:
  • Experience with CMMS platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools.
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with energy, initiative, and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication with technical teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.
