What will your contributions look like?
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Business Program Manager to lead the business aspects of a global payroll implementation initiative.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing overarching leadership, guidance, and direction to the project team, ensuring the successful deployment of the global payroll system. You will be accountable for the program's successful delivery, acting as the representative for the Group Chief Financial Officer.
- Crafting and executing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery milestones, and resource management.
- Fostering effective relationships and communication with key stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
- Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks and challenges, ensuring proactive contingency planning and timely resolutions.
- Ensuring that project deliverables adhere to established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure seamless project execution and the adoption of the global payroll system across various regions.
- Generating regular project progress reports, status updates, and other necessary documentation for the organization and project stakeholders.
- Leading and mentoring a diverse project team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to optimize team effectiveness and project outcomes. You will drive accountability and coordination across the program and related business functions.
- Advocating for simplicity within the payroll function and facilitating a transition from outdated practices.

Our ideal candidate will possess extensive project management expertise, particularly in the payroll sector, with a proven history of successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement. This role demands exceptional leadership abilities, strategic insight, and the capacity to navigate complex international landscapes, along with:
- Significant experience in project management, particularly within the payroll domain, demonstrating a track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of global payroll processes, systems, and regulations, with experience in international payroll implementation being highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Ramco and Workday HCM is preferred.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and achieving results.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are highly regarded.
- Experience in a global or multicultural organization is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required, with a postgraduate qualification in project management being advantageous.
